Offering automatic sampling initiated on the basis of time, quantity or flow, ASP Station 2000 provides defined distribution and conservation of liquid media. Samples are preserved using the integrated cooling system that keeps samples in peak condition from +2°C to +20°C (factory setting is 4°C). The current sample compartment temperature is displayed at the controls and recorded in the internal datalogger (optional) for future reference.
A sampler to suit
In order to meet your needs in different sampling scenarios, a number of bottle variations are available for sample storage. Even the bottle trays have been considered – they feature grips for better handling and safe sample transportation. There’s also two composite sample versions available (30 litre and 60 litre) for maximum sampling flexibility.
And, with a choice of vacuum or peristaltic pump, you can be sure you have a stationery sampler to suit your requirements – no more, no less. As there’s no electromechanical valves to worry about, a non-contact pump system and a large diameter suction hose to reduce the risk of blockages, the ASP Station 2000 is virtually maintenance-free and enjoys an extended service life.
The automatic water sampler is user-friendly and easy to clean, as all wetted parts can be quickly removed, cleaned and refitted without the need for tools. Indeed, the entire sample compartment is fitted with a seamless plastic inner shell for easy and effective cleaning.
Better still, it offers energy savings due to its 60mm PU insulation and the stainless steel cabinet with all-weather roof ensures suitability for permanent outdoor use. It comes with ATEX approvals for hazardous area use and offers PROFIBUS DP connectivity.
