Given the budget restrictions due to the current economic climate, there couldn’t have been a better time for Endress+Hauser to introduce two new additions to the Promag family. Thanks to its innovative wafer process connection design, Promag D is the new versatile solution ideal for water, wastewater and utilities applications allowing fast and precise alignment during installation. Lightweight and compact, it is perfect for installation in plastic or metal pipes and for applications with limited space conditions such as water filter skids.

Featuring the unbeatable benefits of the Promag range, the new Promag L electromagnetic flowmeter offers a flexible flowmetering solution for the water and utilities sectors. Thanks to the two rotating lap-joint flanges, it can be easily and quickly fitted onto the pipeline, eliminating mismatch of boltholes and poor alignment and providing a high level of flexibility. And, due to the flange design, it reduces its weight by up to 30% making it a lightweight and cost-effective choice. Both Promag D and L are HART and PROFIBUS compatible for simple integration into existing systems.
