Carbon Filter Company

AAC Eurovent are a specialist carbon filter company, they specialize in the production of activated carbon filters, as well as suitable carbon filter housings for the housing of the 'PR' (Plastic Refillable) range of filters. Filter cells are available in three differing depths of bed and should be chosen in accordance with customer specifications.

All activated carbon filters can be refilled, and can be constructed in either GPPS or PC according to requirements. This means that disposal of only the spent carbon media is necessary, unlike the complete filter cells. This system is recognized as environmentally friendly as well as cost-efficient for users.

Carbon Filter Protection

The company also manufacture the AAC Swiftpack carbon filter housings for carbon filter protection applications. These duct-mounted housings are designed to house the majority of flow rates for filter protection. Carbon filter housings can be provided in various forms, including galvanised mild steel and stainless steel (suitable for use in applications likely to involve corrosive substances).

Advantages of the AAC Swiftpack carbon filter housings include airtight sealing, a filter channel with the ability to avoid air bypassing, and a pre and after-pleated panel filter.

Air Handling Unit Parts

AAC Eurovent’s Swiftkit comprises a tailored kit of air handling unit parts, allowing the installation of carbon filters within air handling units. The air handling unit parts kit means that carbon filters may be installed into new or existing housings. The AAC Eurovent air handling unit parts are produced in accordance with all manual handling weights, meaning that they can be easily transported.

Carbon Filter Media

The provision of an advanced carbon filter media testing service enables clients to ascertain when filters require replacement. Carbon filter media samples can be extracted from all products in the 'PR' range. Carbon filter media servicing can be provided onsite or off site according to particular requirements. AAC Eurovent also offer guidance in the selection of the correct carbon filter media.

Colourcell

The AAC Eurovent Colourcell is an industry-leading filter cell which utilizes the changing of colours to signify the state of the media installed. In most cases,  the filter cells are inserted singularly in a bank of filter cells. The AAC Colourcell filter cell can be acquired in three depths - 25mm, 50mm and 75mm.
