Advanced Recycling Systems Ltd has been established for over 30 years offering Innovative, High Quality Recycling Solutions to the Recycling Industry.  Founder of the business Brian Hattam first designed and built Paper Shredders for turning newspaper into animal bedding. From this the range on offer has grown to include Shredders, Balers, Compactors and Crushers for a range of materials. KerbyCan, a unique mobile unit, collects, sorts and bales mixed cans on the move. Adaptable and eco-conscious, it is demountable, can be provided as a plastics processing model and has the option of using excess vehicle power to assist the recycling units. With a wealth of knowledge and experience in mechanical, electrical, engineering and hydraulic expertise, ARS Ltd are able to offer a range of services alongside the design and production of their British Built Recycling Equipment.

Versatile Shredding Machines

Available as individual units or bespoke MRFs, this modular approach enables the equipment to be highly versatile. 
In addition to those intended, ARS machines are able to process a wide range of different materials. Wood is easily processed by ARS tyre shredders and their paper shredding machines are suitable for processing textiles and polythene sheets. Such adaptable machinery results in a wide ranging client list including private companies, community groups and local authorities based all over the country from their home county of Cornwall to the Orkney Islands!
