Peristaltic Wastewater Pumps

Verderflex pumps make ideal wastewater pumps for treatment tasks such as the metering of reagents and chemicals including caustic soda, chlorinated water, ferric chloride, lime, polymers and powder activated carbon. They are also suitable for the safe transfer of sludge and the filtration of press feeds. Verderflex peristaltic pumps use chemical dosing for wastewater treatment and are specifically designed to handle abrasive materials, ferric chloride gasses and viscose fluids with high grit content.

The high grit content of sludges can often cause increased wear in most types of pumps, especially ragging problems in rotary pumps. The peristaltic pump designs from Verderflex are able to pump wastewater safely and efficiently. The principal of peristalsis uses the alternating compression and relaxation of pump hose. This action forces the fluid along the hose, the nature of the action means that each cycle will pump the same amount of fluid each time, providing accurate metering and repeatability processes.

Tube Pump

Tube pumps are ideal for when systems require a more gentle pumping process. The Verderflex Smart and Scientific designs are both equipped with multiple heads and are fully programmable. These tube pumps provide precise and accurate dosing with the option of repeatability. Capable of processing chemically aggressive and viscous liquids as well as shear sensitive substances, Verderflex Smart tube pumps are suitable for the hygienic dosing of inks, chemicals, food and drinks.

Verderflex tube pumps are pre-programmed with an automatic shut down sequence should any pumphead be opened during the pumping process. In addition, all our tube pumps have a backlit display which is viewable from awkward angles, so users can quickly navigate the pump's user friendly interface.

Dosing Pump

Verderflex's peristaltic dosing pumps are designed for high performance and accuracy. The Verderflex Aura is a compact, low flow, high pressure dosing pump suitable for water treatment, chemical dosing and light industry applications. Verderflex's Aura dosing pump is ideal for introducing precise amounts of chlorine to swimming pools, steam rooms and spars. The Pump's design is discrete, wall mountable, easily accessible for the user and requires no specialist training to operate. Developed with a lockout and timer control, the Verderflex Aura Dosing Pump is perfectly safe to run with multiple users.
